Coffee Whole Bean - Hanabi (Specialty Espresso Blend) (200g)

經過數個月反覆研究，我們嘗試了世界上不同生產商的豆子、研發了無數的烘培曲線、比例以及試味，終於選定了來自巴西以及洪都拉斯的豆子來製作屬於Init. Coffee的第一款自家 Espresso Blend – Hanabi。

取名Hanabi，意即日語的花火，在於我們試味時的第一感受 – 味道和口感有如花火般璀璨且美麗。我們最後使用了中深烘培來處理，這樣除了能喝出榛子口味之餘，也有淡黑加侖子果香，無論是製作加奶的咖啡，例如Latte，甚或意式黑咖啡Americano也是非常適合。

After numerous sessions of bean selections, testing roast profiles, adjusting ratios and tastings, we have finally created our own signature espresso blend – Hanabi.

Hanabi means fireworks in Japanese. We name it Hanabi due to our first impression to this blend in our tasting session – the mouthfeel and its taste is vibrant and beautiful as Hanabi and it made us genuinely excited. We decided to use medium-dark roast as it can fully bring out the hazelnut and light blackcurrant taste. No matter you are craving for milk-based coffee such as Latte or black coffee like Americano, Hanabi will surely be your choice.
